I understand this hotel is under renovation, but things could be better. The floor in our room was dirty and the dust on trim, window blinds and bathroom mirror was thick. There was soap scum and a used bar of soap on the sink. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. The exterior door outside our room didn’t lock. Staff was non-existent. We arrived to an empty check-in desk. There was a phone and a sign on the desk with a number to call to check-in. No one answered the phone and voice mail box was full, so we couldn’t leave a message. We walked to a neighboring business to see if they could help. They had a number and called someone. We walked back to the hotel and a woman was behind the desk complaining that she’d only been gone a few minutes and asked if we had called the number. We told her what happened and she gave us our key cards. That was the only time we saw staff. The next morning the desk was empty and there was another sign to leave keys at the desk when we leave. Not the most secure method.

Room was clean but in need of repairs. Better cleaning in bathroom. Hallway carpets were disgusting! Breakfast was good and area was clean. Plenty of parking.

It very clean and convenient was very nice location. It was nice to stay there and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time!
